As we deal in fresh, perishable items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered. We urge customers to review their order before confirming and make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.
If your order has been paid for but has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
If your payment goes through but the item is out of stock or unavailable for delivery, we will inform you promptly and initiate a full refund.
We take great care in packaging and handling, but if your mangoes arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll work to make it right — either through a replacement or a partial/full refund.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.
